Delivery Times

Samples:
Sample orders are typically delivered within 5 business days.

Mulch Orders:
Most mulch orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on product availability, color selection, and delivery location. Our freight carrier will contact you prior to delivery to coordinate scheduling.

We partner with trusted freight carriers and delivery timelines are met in the vast majority of cases. However, occasional carrier delays may occur and are outside the control of Mulch Direct. Mulch Direct is not responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred due to delivery delays, including installer or labor charges.
